Is There a Data Cap?

  • There are no hard data caps slowing your service. Viasat may prioritize your data behind other customers during network congestion. Extra charges apply for data used in excess of monthly data allowance.
  • Weekly snapshots of data usage is sent usually on Tuesday mornings.

Equipment Fees

  • Equipment lease fee is included with your Monthly service fee.

Can I use my own equipment?

  • This is not possible with Satellite service at this time.
