Prices are on a monthly basis and exclude applicable taxes, fees, equipment, installation and any other one-time charges. A credit check and deposit may be required. Speeds listed are maximum speeds. Your speeds may vary depending on the site visited and/or the time of day. Modifying, cancelling service, disconnection or non-payment may result in different pricing. Other restrictions may apply. Prices are subject to change. MCTV cannot guarantee the WiFi signal will be sufficient to reach all areas of your home. Many factors can limit your WiFi signal strength including, but not limited to, the size or construction of your home or the placement of the modem. Moving the modem may cause your Internet and/or WiFi to stop working or a decrease in signal quality. WiFi price does not include Internet service. High-Speed Internet service from MCTV is required in order to have WiFi service. 

MCTV may request that you pre-pay the charges for your first month’s service. This, and any installation or equipment fees, and security deposits are payable at the time of installation.

Thereafter, monthly services are billed one month in advance and payment must be received on or before the bill’s due date. One-time charges, including On Demand or pay-per-view titles, international calling, directory assistance calls, will appear on the following month’s bill. Your itemized bill will show monthly recurring service charges; one-time charges including Video On Demand or pay-per-view purchases; taxes and fees; credits on your account and may also contain special billing messages. Taxes, fees and surcharges may include federal and state taxes and fees, state or local sales tax, regulatory fees and service-specific charges such as federal and state universal service funds (USF) and franchise fees. Monthly statements are sent to subscribers with a positive balance due only.

Payment in full for all billed charges must be received by the date indicated on your bill to avoid late fees or disconnection. Please report any billing errors immediately. Disputes to charges must be made within 30 days.
